First and foremost, we are four separate companies united under a common purpose to keep Grays Harbor fishing. Each company is a family company of fishermen. Three generations of families working together. Many of us started out as deckhands and worked our way up. That work ethic, independent spirit and “git-er’done” attitude still informs our business, our culture and our way of life. And while we’ve grown up over the years and brought on board some folks who have cut their teeth out on the “corporate sea,” we still share that belief that a handshake still means something and that an honest day’s work is worth more than a hat full of promises.
That may sound old fashioned to some folks, but to us it’s the only way we know how to do business. And it’s worked out pretty well so far.
What began as a crab shack on the docks, has turned into one of the largest processors on the coast and during our peak season we are the second largest employer in Grays Harbor County.
